Please note that if you purchase multiple items with the same order number, they will be shipped after all items have been collected.

_ Postpay (Payday)
・This is a payment method that can be used with only an email address and a mobile phone number. No pre-registration or credit card required.
・Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month, and will be sent to you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the following month.
・ Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer and account transfer.
・The deadline for payment is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*.
However, it may be the 20th* in January and May.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
Before placing an order, please check the condition of the purchased item and the purchase details before purchasing.
*Please note that the product image may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the viewing environment. The color of the image is not treated as our defect. If you would like to know more about colors, please contact us before purchasing.

In principle, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
However, in the following cases due to our negligence, we will respond to return or exchange with the same product so that there is no financial burden on the customer.
